SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What are your shipping methods?

We use Blitz Delivery to ship nationwide, from our base in Cavite to anywhere in the Philippines.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After you pay, it will take 1-2 days to validate your payment and pack your order. From there, shipping will take 2-3 working days for Metro Manila and 3-5 working days for rest of PH.

How can I track my order?

You will receive 3 texts from BLITZ:

  1. One to confirm your address pin
  2. One on the day of delivery
  3. One after the delivery has been completed

You can also check the status of your package on the Blitz Delivery website.

How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat rate of Php 100 for nationwide deliveries, inclusive of an insurance fee. Shipping is free for orders above ₱3000!

Do you do same-day or next-day delivery?

We'll do our best! Message us on Instagram so we can work things out.

PAYMENTS

What are your payment methods?

  • E-wallet Send Money: GCash, Maya
  • Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO

Account details are shared after you place your order.

How can I settle my payment?

For GCash/Maya/BPI/BDO, kindly settle your payment to the respective account and submit your proof of payment to the Payment Validation Form within 2 days. Orders not settled by then will be cancelled.

PREORDERS

What is preorder?

Preorders are orders for items that are not yet available on hand, but are expected to arrive within a given ETA. By placing a preorder, you are willing to wait for the item.

When will my preorder arrive?

Depending on the item, it may take 7-30 days. Kindly read the description of each product for specific ETAs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no, all sales are considered final.

Can I return my order and have it refunded?

We do not accept straight returns and refunds, only exchanges for damaged or defective items.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, if the item is damaged or defective. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.

OTHERS

How can I order an item as a gift for someone else?

So thoughtful! Just inform us through the 'Order special instructions' portion of your cart before checkout. If you'd like to add a personal message for the recipient, place it there too.

How do I clean my Total Tote?

We recommend spot cleaning your bag with a wet wipe or damp cloth and soap.

My bag has creases from storage. How do I get rid of them?

Use it! The Total Tote likes staying poofy and stuffed — the weight will help smooth out any wrinkles.
