Return and Exchange Policy

  1. We only accept exchanges for items within 3 days after delivery. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt so we can accommodate the exchange within the given timeframe.
  2. Acceptable reasons for exchange include:
    • Damaged or defective item
      • Note: Manufacturing inconsistencies within 5cm from our given measurements are not considered a defect
    • Wrong item shipped
  3. We do not accept exchanges due to the following reasons:
    • Change of mind
    • Damage during transit
  4. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  5. Items purchased on sale can not be exchanged.
  6. Sabado will shoulder the costs of returning the original item and shipping its replacement.
  7. We do not accept straight returns and refunds.

Process

  1. Email us at hello@sabadostore.com with subject line EXCHANGE - [Order ID] and share the details of your request, including photos for proof of defect or wrong item.
  2. Once the request has been approved, Sabado will provide shipment instructions and address details to which the original item can be sent to.
    • Please note that items must  be sent to our base in Cavite.
  3. When the original item has been received, Sabado will arrange for delivery of the replacement within 1-2 days.
